Control high blood pressure and cholesterol the two most common heart disease risk factors. If treatment is warranted, today’s medications are effective, safe and easy to take.

Get active. Even leisure-time activities, like gardening or walking, can lower your risk of heart disease.

Achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Excess weight puts significant strain on your heart and worsens several other heart disease risk factors such as diabetes.

Manage stress. Poorly controlled stress and anger can lead to heart attacks and strokes.

Quit smoking. Smokers have more than twice the risk for heart attack as nonsmokers.

Take your medication! Many treatment or maintenance regimens fail due to patients not strictly complying with medication schedule.

Heart disease belongs to the deadly killer diseases and they come in many deadly forms.

This is a very good article.

Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about heart attacks. This makes sense.. the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals...not cold water...maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!!

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed.

Eat the right food

Have a break

Headache often starts from home prior to going for work and up to coming back from work that is why it’s hard for some person to open their eyes every morning, experts recommend to have at least a 10 minutes break from working to take a rest. Simple exercise such as jumping may be done to help the circulation of blood on the body, it will double the oxygen intake that a person need and also increase the metabolic rate up to 25%, which make a person to take a depth breath thus help prevent the lack of energy.
