Lack of energy and stamina of a person at the end of the day may also be felt up to the morning of the following day which in turn may result to another health problem.

Some of the tips that may help a person to be energetic for the whole day may help cope with the lack of stamina and energy.

Eat the right food

Have a breakfast every morning because it will decrease the risk of over fatigue, due to working, up to 75%.

During lunchtime do not eat foods with high carbohydrates such as rice, pasta or bread because it will lower the insulin level of a person thus may possibly result on lack of energy for the whole day, it is better to eat foods that are insulin stabilizing proteins such as egg, meat or cheese.

Whether we like it or not, anxiety is part of life. This is not to say that anxiety is negative. In fact anxiety is beneficial to a certain extent. It is when our anxiety level reaches a point where we are held captive by fear that we should take notice.
With these questions, try to gauge your level of anxiety. More importantly, do something about it.

Are you always rushing racing against time to get things done?

Do you always have unpleasant thoughts that something horrible will happen to your loved ones?

Do you feel nervous and afraid of accident every time you travel?

Do you have compulsive thoughts of death whenever you get sick, and even if your sickness is not serious?

Do you feel confused and rattled every time you have problems?

Do you feel fidgety while waiting for your turn to talk to your boss to discuss a report?

Think Positive!!

Posted In: . By A2V

This is nice - finding positive out of every negative - which we don't always manage to do.
Be thankful...
  1. For the husband who snores all night, because he is at home asleep with you and not with someone else.
  2. For your teenage daughter who is complaining about doing dishes, because that means she is at home & not on the streets.
  3. For the taxes that we pay because it means that we are employed.
  4. For the mess to clean after a party because it means that we have been surrounded by friends.
  5. For the clothes that fit a little too snug because it means we have enough to eat.
  6. For the shadow that watches us work because it means we are out in the sunshine.
  7. For a floor that needs mopping and windows that need cleaning because it means we have a home.
  8. For all the complaining we hear about the government because it means that we have freedom of speech.
  9. For the parking spot you find at the far end of the parking lot because it means we are capable of walking and that we have been blessed with transportation.
  10. For the noise we have to bear from our neighbors because it means that we can hear.
  11. For the pile of laundry and ironing because it means we have clothes to wear.
  12. For weariness and aching muscles at the end of the day because it means we have been capable of working hard.
  13. For the alarm that goes off in the early morning hours because it means that we are still alive.

AND FINALLY ....... for received e-mails because it means we have friends who are thinking of us, at least.

My friend sent this to me and encouraged me to post it and spread the word. I agree. If everyone can remember something this simple, we could save some folks. Seriously.. Please read:

STROKE IDENTIFICATION:

During a BBQ, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) and just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes. They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food - while she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening. Ingrid's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00pm, Ingrid passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today. Some don't die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.

It only takes a minute to read this...

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.

RECOGNIZING A STROKE

Thank God for the sense to remember the "3" steps, STR. Read and Learn!

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.

Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple
questions:

S

*Ask the individual to SMILE.

T

*Ask the person to TALK.. to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE
(Coherently) (i.e. . . It is sunny out today)

R

*Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.

{NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the person to 'stick' out their tongue... if the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other that is also an indication of a stroke}

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call 9-1-1 immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved.

Let’s say its 6:15 pm and you’re driving home alone after an unusually hard day on the job. You’re really tried and frustrated…..Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to radiate out into your arm and up into your jaw…

You are only five miles from the hospital nearest your home, unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it that far…. What to do???

You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that conducted the course did not tell you how to perform it in your self…

How to survive heart attack when alone?

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness… What to do?

Do not panic, but start coughing repeatedly and vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, the cough must be deep and prolong, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.

A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until helps arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.
